Where is HOT BUM Based?
Our bum is based in Melbourne, Australia, and we are proudly Australian designed, made, and owned.
How do I know why size to order?
Check out our sizing chart and fitting guide.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
We certainly do, and shipping costs will be calculated at check out. We wants bums to be hot all over the world!
How long will my HOT BUM’s take to get me?
Within Australia usually within 5/6 business days. Overseas can take up to 10/12 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched.
The HOT BUM’s I wanted are out of stock. Will you be getting more?
We manufacture in small runs as we don’t want to be a major contributor to landfill, but we do restock on our popular styles and colours. You can be notified when new stock arrives via email.
Do my HOT BUM’s require special care?
We want you to have your HOT BUM’s in good condition for a long time so we recommend rinsing your swimwear out in cold water to remove and chlorine or salt. Do not wring them as they could stretch. Dry flat in a shaded area to dry. Avoid rubbing against any rough surfaces especially rough pool edges as it can cause our premium fabric to pill.
